REGISZTRÁCIÓ MENETE
A Hella foglalórendszert használjuk a gyors és hibamentes padelpálya-foglalás érdekében. Ehhez egy egyszerű regisztráció szükséges, amit Facebook vagy Google fiókkal is elvégezhetsz:
- Belépés a HELLA rendszerbe:
- A belépést követően azonnal láthatod az aktuális foglalásokat (sötét színnel) és a szabad lehetőségeket (világos színnel).
- Időpont kiválasztása:
- Válaszd ki a kívánt időpontot.
- A foglalás a pályadíj kifizetése után válik véglegessé.
- Foglalás visszaigazolása:
- Az érvényes foglalásodat zöld színnel láthatod az online felületen.
- A rendszer visszaigazolást küld a foglalásodról.
- Foglalás módosítása vagy lemondása:
- Foglalásodat legkésőbb 24 órával az időpont előtt módosíthatod vagy lemondhatod.
- Időben történő lemondás esetén a befizetett díj visszajár, illetve más időpontra használható.
- A 24 órán belüli lemondást sajnos nem tudjuk figyelembe venni.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
We use the Hella reservation system to ensure fast and error-free padel court booking. You only need a simple registration, which can also be done using your Facebook or Google account:
- Login to the HELLA system:
- Once logged in, you can immediately see the current bookings (in dark) and available slots (in light).
- Selecting a time slot:
- Select the desired time slot.
- The booking is finalized after paying the court fee.
- Booking confirmation:
- You will see your valid booking highlighted in green on the online interface.
- The system will send you a confirmation of the booking.
- Modifying or canceling a booking:
- You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- If canceled in time, the paid fee will be refunded or can be used for another time slot.
- We cannot consider cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
